1. Confirm Your Booking: Once you've selected a time for your Root Cause Call, you'll receive a confirmation email.
2. Find the Calendar Invite: In the confirmation email, Scroll down and look for the calendar invite. Add the event to your preferred personal calendar.
3. Set a Reminder: After adding it to your calendar, set a reminder for a time that's convenient for you (e.g., 24 hours before the call).

During the 1st visit you fixed my daily headaches, allergy issues and nasal blockage just by doing a simple exam and osteopathic treatment! I had been on allergy medicines, pills, sprays and antibiotics for years!! And it was ALL gone.
You worked to “fix my gut” and now I have almost no headaches, no digestive issues or discomfort (I had big problems for my whole life) and no more food sensitivities. I started sleeping soundly through the night.
We also improved my reaction to stress, internal, external and life in general. I learned how to meditate (work in progress) take care of myself, without the guilt I had previously associated with that, and to fully relax for the first time in my life.
The trust that you were able to instill in me even before the first visit was over allowed me to "give you" my problems and just trust you and your process. I was able to breathe for the first time in a long time: physically, since you fixed my nose, but also mentally and emotionally. I was not alone and I knew you would be able to help me! I had HOPE!!!!!!!!
You were patient and willing to answer all my questions. You made yourself available even at 8am on a Saturday morning and gave me your full support on this journey. I know it isn’t quite over yet, but I am actually enjoying the process. I am not as impatient as I was - with everything, but especially with myself.
So much of it is you and your knowledge! Let’s not forget that I came to you with only this concern in mind: losing weight and needing to fix the “you are fine, your bloodwork is fine” presented by traditional medicine . . . and . . . I improved so many things; some that I didn’t even know that I needed to fix. I cannot wait for the next “surprise” to be revealed . . .
You taught me a lot of things but the most important lesson is: I matter and I am enough!!!!
I do not feel bad or guilty when I have a ME moment or even a WHOLE day!

I have improved in all areas. Some things like my anxiety, IBS and depression are completely gone!!! The joint and spine stiffness are at a much more manageable level even at the worst times, like when I over do it.
I am delightfully surprised by my improved health and better outlook on life. And the surprise of losing 18 pounds without focusing on weight at all!
I’ve learned to be more mindful of every aspect of my life: what, when and how I eat, to be grateful for small things in my life and notice how that can affect my overall mood. I learned how to control and manage my stress level.

None of my doctors could or would do anything about it, they called it “Idiopathic Urticaria,” and there is “NO CURE.” I had only developed this problem in the last year or so and it was ruining my daily life. It felt like just something I would have to live with forever, and it was making me really miserable. Additionally, I was actually developing angioedema which is a condition where your lips and tongue swell and can be life threatening. While my skin was the worst part, I was also having daily migraine headaches multiple times a week. I was exhausted because I couldn’t sleep with the itching and I felt like my brain just didn’t work. My stomach was a mess and I was craving foods all the time, but then didn’t feel like I could eat. I was new to my career and I had horrible brain fog, and I couldn’t make simple decisions. I was having to call out of work because I looked and felt so terrible.
I had seen two specialists and my primary and was taking 5 different medications and 2 supplements and I was only getting worse.
Dr. Thompson spent a lot of time going through my history and we did a special GI MAP test and some blood work to pinpoint the root cause of the problem. We then made some diet accommodations and added in supplements to help heal my body. I was making progress very quickly and I stuck with the program. I learned that I have a lot of willpower and if I truly set my mind to it I can make any changes I want to.
I was most surprised about how easy it was to reach out to Dr. Thompson. She was always available to answer any questions or ease any concerns especially when I had what felt like an enormous set back. But she had a plan and we moved past the hardest parts of the treatment phase.
After only 8 weeks, I have not had any headaches except for very mild, common headaches. NO migraines! No G.I. upset bloating and belching or cravings, mood has been excellent, no fatigue brain fog or decision making difficulty. MY MSQ score went from 86→ 32 in just 8 weeks and I know it is continuing to improve.
My days are hive free and am generally much more comfortable in my skin. I sleep well, am able to enjoy my life and travel, do my workouts and do my work!
